Pickle and Meat may you listen first time but this is very old delicacy, in ancient times people are carried it when they go for hunting. Because they go for long time to hunting therefore they have to be need a diet which does not spoil for a long time.

Ingredients

1. Mutton half kg                                    2. Lemon four piecec

3. Kari leaves                                           4. Long red chilies 10 piecec

5. Onion 3 piecec chopped                   6. Garlic 8 piecec

7. Curd half cup whipped                     8. Ginger one teaspoon

9. Coriander  one teaspoon dry          10. Fennel one tea spoon

11. Nigella seed one teaspoon            12. Turmeric one teaspoon  

13. Salt as taste                                       14. Mustard oil one cup

For Green Peppers

1. Take 6 long piecec of green peppers

2. White cumin one teaspoon

3. Fennel one teaspoon               4. Mustard seeds one teaspoon

5. Coriander half tablespoon                            

6. Tamarind Pulp two tablespoon

Synthesis (Making Method)

Heat oil in a frying pan fry onion and after frying draw out onion from pan place on a paper and aging it, after that put mutton, turmeric and salt in that frying pan and dry the water, add ginger, garlic coriander, fennel and one cup water and cook it until mutton swill be thawed. Add long pieces of red chilies and curd cook it for some time and after that extract the lemon. Roast the cumin, fennel, mustard seeds and coriander on pan and grind it. Add salt and tamarind pulp and fill it into "Green Peppers" put these filled peppers in pan, add kari leaves and Nigella seeds covered pan and leave it for few minutes.

Here it is ready your "Pickle Meat".
