Similarly if we completely abandon meat than vitamin D may also reduce, which are exist in sunlight. You should must use meat with a proper gap to escape from this deficiency. You can use fish and milk for that. Most important, nutrition which have not contain fat causes deficiency of oily acids.

And this thing you should must keep into your mind that meat is so important for lactating and pregnant women, small kids, and patient who undergo surgery, in this situation meat is very important but "a balance mode should always on".
